U.S. Light Energy in Latham, NY is currently seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to assist our Sales team with Community Solar Land Acquisition. One to three years’ experience and a background in Solar, Real Estate, Energy Sales, or Telecommunications Sales is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
Working with our team of industry experts, the Inside Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for assisting Sales Executives with all sales related services. These services include commercial solar sales, land leases and acquisitions, and business development campaigns across all media platforms. The Inside Sales Assistant will coordinate with the Sales Executives and Executive Sales Assistant regarding scheduling appointments, customer communications, documenting activities in Salesforce, meeting prep, legal document markup and exchange, etc. Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite programs is strongly desirable.
The Inside Sales Assistant will work out of our office in Latham, NY and may be asked to travel to meetings, events, and industry conferences form time-to-time as necessary (less than 10%).
